- Creation: Our skilled artisans will then begin crafting your custom piece with meticulous attention to detail. This process may take several weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the rarity of materials you are requesting.
- Final Approval: Once your custom piece is complete, we will send you detailed photographs or arrange for an in-person viewing. We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the final result.
- Delivery: Upon receiving your final approval, we will carefully package and ship your custom piece to your desired location.
Payment:
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece and before shipping.
Refunds and Returns:
Due to the personalized and unique nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these pieces. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if there are any issues with the craftsmanship or quality of your custom piece, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
